Survey launched to better understand how patients across Greater Manchester are accessing digital GP services during COVID-19
Health Innovation Manchester has created a survey to help understand how patients are accessing on-line GP services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 has highlighted an urgent need for more digital solutions to allow patients to still access care and support from general practice.
Video consultations are now being used by more the 94% of GP practices, and patients across Greater Manchester are now starting to benefit from this digital transformation.
However, in order to properly support this accelerated transformation and the Greater Manchester response to COVID-19, Health Innovation Manchester hopes to better understand how well these are working for all patients, especially those with the greatest need.
Please take part to help Greater Manchester ensure that on-line GP services are meeting patients needs during the pandemic and beyond.
Closing date to complete the survey is 30 July at 12 noon.
