Providers invited to apply for ERDF Summative Assessment Tender Opportunity
Health Innovation Manchester has opened an Invitation of Tender (ITT), inviting providers to apply for the provision of an interim evaluation and Summative Assessment for the European Regional Development Funds (ERDF) through the Research and Innovation (R&I) Health Accelerator Programme (2020 – 2023).
This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of an interim evaluation and Summative Assessment for the European Regional Development Funds (ERDF) The R&I (Research and Innovation) Health Accelerator Programme (2020 – 2023).
The R&I Health Accelerator programme works with SMEs to accelerate the development and improve commercialisation of innovative health & care products and services within the life sciences sector. Building on in-depth knowledge and experience of health innovation, underpinned by world-class research, the programme engages SMEs across the spectrum from early to late-stage product/service development (TRL 3-9) to address barriers to adoption and establish lasting collaborations with the research base with a focus on TRL 5-9.
The overall purpose of the Summative Assessment is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the performance and impact of the Research and Innovation (R&I) Health Accelerator Programme’. There are 5 objectives that need to be considered:
- Critically Assess Project Rationale and Context
- Assessment of Performance Against Contractual and Internal Targets
- Review Project Delivery and Management
- Identify Project Outcomes and Impacts
- Value for Money
Value of the contract: £22,000 inclusive of VAT. Closing date for applications: 5pm on Friday 5th August 2022.
