The GP Excellence Programme (GPEx) is the strategic partnership between the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and the Health and Social Care Partnership coordinating and delivering support to general practice across Greater Manchester.
The objective of the GP Excellence programme is to support practices and individuals through every stage of improvement, from Rescue –> Resilience –> Improvement -> Excellence.
The GPEx website hosts information, resources and tools for each stage of improvement and for all members of the practice team, across all of the projects as outlined. Importantly, the portal provides a peer support network, sharing good practice and innovations across the region.
