MAHSC Inflammation & Repair Research Domain collaboration workshop

The Manchester Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC) Inflammation & Repair Research Domain and Health Innovation Manchester would like to invite clinical, academic, and other professional colleagues to attend our upcoming Inflammation and Repair research showcase and collaboration event.
Following an introduction to the MAHSC Inflammation & Repair Research Domain courtesy of the Academic Leads Anne Barton, University of Manchester, and Daniel Horner, Northern Care Alliance, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, the showcase event will include talks covering Dermatology, Microbial Coinfections of the Airways, Long COVID research, AI technology in Inflammation & Repair, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and cardiovascular disease, as well as other key areas. Representatives from NHS Trusts, HEIs, and partner institutions within Greater Manchester will be speaking at the event, including:

- Paul Morgan

As one of the key aims of the event will be the development of new collaborations and generating research ideas, the MAHSC Inflammation & Repair Research Domain will be inviting applications to a funding call for small-grant project awards following the event. More details to follow.
Refreshments will be provided from 9am until the event commencement at 09:35, which will then run until 13:00, and will be followed by a free lunch for all delegates.
We will be holding this as an entirely in-person event with around 40 places available
