In the workshop you will explore the different stages of change, discussing how people think, feel and behave at the different stages. This will lead into a discussion of what people need at the different stages in order to be lead through a change process. The workshop will be framed using three models of change, Kubler-Ross, Lewin and Kotter.

• Identify ideas and tools for working with others through change
