Webinar

The Digital North Accelerator programme is a joint project launched by the by four northern Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs) – Yorkshire & Humber, Health Innovation Manchester, Innovation Agency North West Coast and North East and North Cumbria. The programme aims to help digital SMEs increase spread and adoption of their innovations across the whole of the North of England by delivering a range of supporting activity.

The Northern AHSNs invite you to the showcase webinar for DocAbode taking place on Thursday 26th March 1:00pm-2.30pm.

Doc Abode has developed a digital platform which helps increase workforce capacity, supports cross-organisational collaboration and improves patient outcomes. It does this by facilitating a new way of working between clinicians and healthcare providers. Through the platform, healthcare providers offer real-time patient care episodes, such as home visits, and clinicians are able to accept them based on their skillset, location and availability. Whilst this has been proven in out-of-hours urgent care settings, the model is expanding into Primary Care Networks and Community Nursing settings.
