Bed Management and Patient Flow: Manchester
Citylabs 1.0, Nelson Street, Manchester, M13 9NQ
NHS Digital, NHS England and Improvement and the Academic Health Science Network are delighted to invite you to a learning event on bed management and patient flow. This event is designed for acute trusts to create a community of learning and builds on the events held nationally in May.
We have gathered together speakers at the forefront of patient flow and designed interactive events that allow delegates to share their understanding of the challenges and solutions available.
In the second part of this series, delegates will:
- Hear practical examples of how innovations around patient flow have improved quality and safety, as well as staff and patient experience through NHS Trust case studies.
- Learn how organisations have utilised technology to transform data into meaningful solutions and action.
- Access tools and methodologies from across the NHS and other industries.
Delegates will additionally have the opportunity to take part in a bed management maturity assessment for your organisation, dashboard design to drive action, and ECIST supported action planning.
Please consider who within your organisation would be best to attend (we recommend some combination of CIO, CCIO, COO, Nursing or Medical Director and any key stakeholders in your patient flow pathway). Please note, Trusts who attended the Part 1 events found it particularly beneficial to have a small team to support internal discussions and the planning of future bed management and flow initiatives. Please note – there is no requirement to have attended part 1 to join us for part 2!
Places are limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
