Ellen Wilkinson Building, Room B2.4, The University of Manchester
This workshop will raise your awareness of the fellowship schemes open to you and signpost you to the wide ranging support available to help you develop yourself and your application. By the end of the workshop you will:
- Know about the Faculty Fellowship Academy and sources of internal and external fellowship funding;
- Consider what should go into a high quality fellowship application and what criteria it will be assessed by;
- Be given tips and advice from successful fellows from within the Faculty on how they successfully marketed themselves and their research and survived the dreaded fellowship interview;
- Have the opportunity to share fellowship proposal ideas and start to prepare an action plan for your future fellowship submission.
If you have been shortlisted for fellowship interview the Faculty Fellowship Academy can facilitate mock interviews.
