Health Innovation Manchester (HInM) launches Greater Data, a data-led innovation service which combines world-class data and insights to accelerate market access, improve health outcomes and drive real-world impact. 

Greater Data builds on Greater Manchester’s strengths in health and care data, system integration and innovation delivery, bringing together world-class data, insights and partnerships to accelerate the development, evaluation and adoption of new pathways, innovative treatments and models of care.  

Accelerating innovation at pace and scale 

Greater Data has been developed as part of HInM’s evolving strategy, supporting the organisation’s ambition to improve lives of local people, transform care and boost the economy through innovation. 

The service provides a comprehensive, end-to-end offer for partners across industry and academia, combining: 

• Population-level real-world data access and insights: Generating direct data access for research, and insights for accelerated market access and adoption, optimising real-world data to reduce uncertainty, navigate regulatory approvals, and reimbursement. 

• Innovation co-design and transformation: Harnessing digital, data and user-led design with patients and clinicians to coproduce new models of care and pathways for effective deployment, transferrable across the UK. 

• Innovation deployment partnerships: Supporting the rapid adoption and scaling of innovation within the NHS, helping partners test, evaluate and implement solutions while building a strong evidence base.
