The Manchester Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC) Inflammation & Repair Research Domain and the Greater Manchester Orthopaedic Alliance would like to invite clinical, academic, allied health professional and management colleagues to attend the latest in our showcase and collaboration event series. This event will focus on discussing frailty and fragility fracture care including research in Greater Manchester and nationally.

The event will take place on Friday 13th October, from 10:00-15:00, at the Core Technology Facility, 46 Grafton St, Manchester M13 9WU. Refreshments will be provided to all delegates as well as a full lunch during the day.

The session will share information on the current landscape of frailty and fragility fracture care, including prevention, with collaborative group discussion sessions aiming to identify

• Opportunities to improve how frailty and fracture care is delivered in Greater Manchester

• Research opportunities within the field

• Bringing together organisations and professionals to build new collaborations

We will be holding this as an entirely in-person event with around 70 places available
