This workshop will provide you with the basic principles of good project management to help you complete your research projects on time and with maximum research impact.
By the end of this workshop you will have:
- Considered the advantages of project management tool when applied to your research project(s).
- Reflect on your project management skills and areas for further development.
- Been given useful project management tools for each phase of the research/project cycle from project design and execution to completion and celebration!
