Improvement Practitioner (AQuA)

This series of four workshops is designed to support members leading services and directorates; ideal for members who have a basic understanding of quality improvement concepts and wish to develop this further. The programme will offer the skills knowledge and confidence to deliver sustainable quality improvement projects.

The programme will help you to develop improvement projects from start to finish; from identifying issues requiring change, planning and engaging others in the improvement process, delivering changes across complex environments, and effective evaluation to embed and sustain improvements across your organisation.

Working with our team of expert improvement advisors, you’ll gain a complete toolkit of skills and knowledge to develop and manage larger improvement projects from start to finish.
