Join Health Innovation North West Coast, and our three other northern Health Innovation Networks, on Tuesday 23 July, 10am to 12:30pm at an online showcase focused on digital solutions for cardiovascular disease.

This online event is for healthcare professionals and thought leaders with an interest in tackling CVD in all levels of care: primary, secondary and community. At this showcase you will be able to network with like-minded innovators who are using the latest in digital solutions to inspire change in the way CVD is prevented or managed, and to help the NHS meet its strategic priorities.

Showcase features:

• Keynote speaker Dr Rani Khatib, Consultant Cardiology Pharmacist, A / Professor, NICE HF QS, NHSE National Champion AAC, ESC ACNAP, UKCPA Cardiac Chair.
• Four innovators who have proven innovations within the healthcare system, and digital solutions focused on addressing CVD.
  healthya – Integrates an NHS-approved patient app with a medical-grade health station for collecting biometric data.
  PocDoc – Smart phone digital platform and cholesterol test for five lipid markers.
  Iplato – Primary care communication platform to encourage patients to take an active, empowered role in their health and wellbeing.
  CheqUp – A personalised, physician-led, weight management programme facilitated by an online virtual health platform.

This showcase is the final element of 2024 Digital North Accelerator programme for innovators, a collaborative by the four northern Health Innovation Networks: Health Innovation North West Coast, Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber, Health Innovation Manchester and Health Innovation North East and North Cumbria.
