Greater Manchester Connected Health Ecosystem Event
Citylabs 1.0, Nelson Street, Manchester M13 9NQ
Greater Manchester is embarking on an ambitious plan to build on our existing assets to become a globally leading centre for digital innovation, data science and analytics.
Ben Bridgewater, Chief Executive of Health Innovation Manchester, and Guy Lucchi, the newly appointed Digital Innovation Director at Health Innovation Manchester, will outline the vision for digital innovation in GM and the emerging Digital Innovation Hub model.
There will also be opportunity to learn more about how GM’s plans to improve infrastructure and interoperability across public services are shaping up, with use cases on dementia, frailty and early years.
We’ll also hear from the European Connected Health Alliance (ECHAlliance), providing updates on their activities and funding opportunities, as well as from industry partners working in the space.
Ecosystem members DAC Beachcroft LLP will also provide an overview of some of the emerging issues in AI and healthcare IT law, together with industry experience in deploying AI software in the NHS.
The full agenda will be confirmed shortly.
Ecosystem events are an informal networking opportunity to meet with academics, healthcare professionals, and industry partners to discuss and disseminate best practice, share opportunities, and develop a wide and diverse community of interest across the health technology ecosystem of Greater Manchester.
