The UK Imaging and Oncology (UKIO) conference is taking place again at ACC Liverpool from 10 to 12 June 2024. This year is centred around the theme of ‘Vision and Values: Prioritising People,’ which promises to showcase advanced, practical insights while fostering connections among professionals who share similar goals. Attendees can earn up to three days of CPD (continuing professional development) while engaging with cutting-edge content.

The UKAS’s Imaging Accreditation Team, Jane Willetts and Veronica Morgan, will be available on stand B22 to provide further information about accreditation of imaging services.

North West Research Radiography Support Network

As part of Health Innovation Manchester’s (HInM) partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University, HInM have supported the creation of a network for radiographers and anyone involved or interested in supporting research radiography. It provides a safe space to provide solutions and share best practice, raise the profile of specific radiographic research, organise knowledge-sharing events, and to increase the value, presence and profile of research radiography and its many applications, across the North West.
