This session explores how the Greater Manchester Care Record (GMCR) is delivering real-time, joined-up care for 3 million population while powering research and innovation through the Secure Data Environment.
Attendees will hear how clinical engagement has driven a 30% increase in GMCR usage making the GMCR a critical asset in clinical decision-making, discharge planning, and end-of-life care in Greater Manchester, and how de-identified GMCR data is being used in the SDE to drive cutting-edge research in pharmacogenetics, diabetes, and cancer care with industry and academic partners.
With public governance at its core, this integrated approach is helping Greater Manchester shift care closer to home, personalise interventions, and accelerate innovation.
