  • A GP federation supports population health management for multiple PCNs
  • Learn about the plans for the NHS APP
  • Hear how patient communication is being addressed across multiple practices across the country
  • You will also hear from those shortlisted for the Hildi Franke Award aimed at those early in their informatics career.

The FREE education day is aimed at those working in and with general practice with an interest in IT and informatics including the digital transformation leads.

Network with other practices, meet new people and learn about how others in primary care are tackling IT and The BCS PHCSG have been running these free education days for several years.
