Learning@Lunch – Feedback for reflection and personal development (The Academy for Education and Professional Development)

This interactive session will build on the developed discussion in the masterclass held in April 2019. As a group, you will discuss and challenge assumptions about reflection and students are supported to develop as reflective practitioners.

 

Through facilitated discussion, there will be opportunity to contribute to the development of a supportive framework for feedback on reflection.

The intended learning outcomes of the session are:

  • To identify and consider the perceived barriers and facilitating factors to support engagement with reflection for students
  • To identify and discuss the benefits and challenges of providing feedback on student reflection
  • To consider the development of a supportive framework to guide feedback on reflection
