International FND Awareness Day

Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) is a condition in which patients experience neurological symptoms such as weakness, movement disorders, sensory symptoms and blackouts.

1/3 of all neurological outpatient attendees are diagnosed with FND, and it is the second most common neurological reason for outpatient appointments after headaches/migraines.

FND Awareness Day raises awareness of the Disorder, and encourages people to support affected individuals.
