Greater Manchester COVID-19 Vaccination Programme: Resource Support
The vaccination programme for COVID-19 is being managed at the national level under the leadership of DHSC. NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI) Regions have been given operational responsibility for ensuring delivery of the vaccination programme (Public Health Functions agreement for 20/21). This has been delegated to Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP).

- All issues should first be reported to your local (Trust/PCN) SimplyBook administrators, who are responsible for trying to assist with any issues or queries in the first instance.
- If the local administrators are unable to assist the user, then the issue should be escalated to the GMSS Support Desk via 0161 765 6688 (in and out of working hours), for the GM Cluster Administrator to assist.
